When creating an EMDR therapy session, the Site generates a unique session identifier. This identifier is stored temporarily in the server's RAM and does not contain personal data. The identifier is automatically deleted when the session ends or after a period of inactivity.

The Site does not collect:

• names, surnames or other identifying data;
• email addresses (except when contacting support);
• phone numbers;
• payment information;
• health data.

13. Legal Status and Data Processing Register

The website administrator is an individual (self-employed) and not a legal entity. INN/TIN, OGRN, and KPP are not applicable.

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Article 22 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", the administrator is exempt from the obligation to notify Roskomnadzor about the processing of personal data, since personal data is processed solely to ensure the operation of the website and does not involve the transfer of data to third parties (except Yandex.Metrica).

Registration in the register of personal data operators (Roskomnadzor) is not required.
